2019 Annual Meeting

APCR hosted its 2019 Annual Meeting November 1-2 at the Omni Orlando Resort at ChampionsGate. Some of the topics addressed included Good Clinical Practice in research, how the American Medical Association impacts clinical research, the roles of CROs in clinical research, blockchain technology for clinical trial data, contracting tips, and FDA audit inspections.

2018 Annual Meeting

APCR hosted its 2018 Annual Meeting Friday, November 2 in Jacksonville, FL. The meeting consisted of a 2-hour workshop on the “Drug Pricing Conundrum”, with faculty from both industry and academia represented. Commentary from the panel discussion that ensued is helping to contribute to an in-development APCR consensus statement on the topic of “The Drug Pricing Conundrum and Proposed Solutions”.

2017 Annual Meeting

APCR hosted its 2017 Annual Meeting October 20-22 in Orlando, FL. Some of the topics addressed included controversial issues impacting drug pricing, regulations and policies governing research, consulting opportunities for physicians in clinical research, diversity in clinical trials, social media, and how to manage a successful research network.
