About APCR Committees
As with most organizations, APCR thrives on the dedicated support of volunteers which helps strengthen the Academy at all levels. One of the most significant and impactful roles a volunteer can accept is that of an APCR Committee Member. APCR Committees are integral in the development of long-term Academy goals, as well as the strategic progression towards those goals.

Committee Nominations and Review Process
Committee Nominations are accepted January 1 through August 15. Nominations for Committee vacancies will be reviewed by the APCR Vice Chair, Executive Director, Committee Chairs, and Committee Staff Liaisons. Individuals will be selected based on what competencies are currently needed to ensure the the goals and activities of that particular committee can be efficiently accomplished. Please be assured that the individuals put forth each year to the Board are the result of the reviewers’ careful and diligent consideration of each application that is received. Applicants for 2013 Committees will be notified of the results prior to December 31, 2012.
