About APCR U.S. Chapters Chapters serve a defined geographic area and help bring APCR's educational benefits to you at the local level. By sponsoring programs, chapters provide members such as you with the means for professional interaction and continuing education without having to travel far from home or work. Chapter events are open to APCR members and nonmembers, however, all chapter members must also be members of APCR.
